With the many challenges that we face in business, no matter the adversity don't quit, don't give in or give up.  In due season IF you don't give up you shall be successful.  Revisit your business plan, and/or your marketing plan and make adjustments where need be. If something doesn't work, don't think that the business is a failure, but just one way that doesn't.   Most successful business owners have failed more than once, but the difference is that they didn't give up. Keep moving forward!
